Guangming News (Reporter Li Zhengyi) The network security talent gap needs to be filled urgently. What are the "killers" in Tianjin in the training and introduction of network security talents?
At the press conference of the 2019 Cybersecurity Expo held on September 15, Wang Yun, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee of the CPC and director of the Internet Information Office of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, answered questions from Guangming.com. More than 170,000 talents, including high-level talents in strategic emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, network security, big data, new energy and new materials, accounting for 20% of the total number of talents introduced.
Wang Yun believes that Tianjin has the following aspects to attract talents: The first is the implementation of the "Haihe Talent Program". The introduction of talents is classified systematically, mainly education, qualifications, urgent needs, skills, entrepreneurship, and the introduction of conditions for each type of talent characteristics, policy, classification and introduction.
The second is to build an education platform to train talents. For example, the Cyberspace Security Institute was set up at Nankai University and Tianjin University, the Cyberspace Security Research Institute was set up at Tianjin University of Technology, and the Network Content Construction and Comprehensive Governance Institute was set up at Tianjin Normal University.
The third is to introduce innovative policies to activate talents. Deepen the reform of the professional title system, and take into consideration the talents 'innovative ability and performance levels, including actual contributions, to scientifically evaluate the talents' ability levels.
Fourth, strengthen safeguard measures to serve talents. Focus on the issues that talents are most concerned about, and provide supporting services such as transportation, medical care, and housing.
"In the next step, Tianjin will be positioned around the 'one base and three districts', focusing on talent introduction, training, incentives and services to provide a strong talent guarantee for the construction of a strong network city." Wang Yun said.
